Payment Terms

We must receive payment in full before any product or service is rendered, we retain the right to refuse products or services based on suspicion of fraud, we use a trusted third party provider for all of our transactions. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of every service and product, we offer no refunds on products and services rendered. Any abusive or suspicious behaviour from the customer will result in terminated orders and no refund processed. Exchange is only offered in case of receiving damaged products.

Delivery Timelines

As each piece is custom made, delivery is expected to be between 1-4 weeks after purchase; you will be updated via email through the process and advised before purchase. Tarot services are expected to be fulfilled faster than physical products. 

Limitations of Liability

We refuse, in the fullest extent of the law, any liability for personal reactions after receiving our products or services. This includes actions with personal, financial or professional repercussions. We are unable to accept after responsibility for the choices of customers after receiving products and services and cannot promise any results from purchasing our products or services. 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

We reside under the governmental jurisdiction of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and any disputes will be settled within the parameter of these laws.
